摘 要:糠醛是一种重要的生物质基平台化合物,在医药、农药、橡胶和石油炼制等领域有着广泛的应用,有广阔的开发前景。本文选用了耐酸、耐热较强的ZSM-5分子筛固体酸催化木糖进行脱水环化反应制备糠醛。原料木糖则选用在较容易得到的竹材废料中提取,通过亚硫酸氢钠预处理工艺对竹材废料进行预处理,并用间苯三酚方法对木糖浓度进行检测。通过实验操作对溶剂比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素方面进行优化,从而确定了最佳的糠醛制备条件。用DNS法和分光光度计法对木糖和糠醛进行了定量分析,得出了木糖的最佳转化率和糠醛的最佳收率。Furfural is an important bio-based platform compound,which is widely used in the fields of medicine,pesticide,rubber and petroleum refining.In this paper,furfural was prepared by dehydration cylation reaction of xylose catalyzed by ZSM-5 molecular sieve solid acid with strong acid resistance and heat resistance.The raw xylose was extracted from the bamboo waste which was easy to get.The bamboo waste was pretreated by sodium bisulfite and the xylose concentration was detected by phloroglucinol.The optimum conditions for furfural preparation were determined by optimizing the solvent ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage and other factors.DNS and spectrophotometer were used to quantitatively analyze xylose and furfural,and the best conversion rate of xylose and the best yield of furfural were obtained.
