超声刀止血和双极电凝止血应用于卵巢囊肿手术中的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:对比在卵巢囊肿手术治疗中超声刀止血和双极电凝止血所展现出来的止血效果。方法:选取70例卵巢囊肿患者,时间为2019年8月~2020年11月,采取随机分组法分为两组,每组35例。双极电凝止血用于对照组,超声刀止血用于观察组。结果:术前,卵巢超声指标及卵巢功能激素水平两组无差异(P>0.05);术后,观察组窦卵泡数目比对照组低,卵巢动脉血流速度比对照组高,FSH、LH观察组比对照组低,E2观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:在卵巢囊肿手术治疗中超声刀止血治疗法的临床应用效果优于双极电凝止血治疗法,患者卵巢超声指标及卵巢功能激素水平改善显著。Objective:To compare the hemostatic effects of ultrasonic scalpel and bipolar electrocoagulation in the surgical treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods:A total of 70 patients with ovarian cysts from August 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.Bipolar electrocoagulation was used in the control group,and ultrasonic scalpel was used in the observation group.Results:Before operation,there was no difference in ovarian ultrasound index and ovarian function hormone level between the two groups(P>0.05);After operation,the number of sinus follicles in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the ovarian artery blood flow velocity was higher than that in the control group,the FSH and LH observation groups were lower than that in the control group,and the E2 observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the surgical treatment of ovarian cyst,the clinical application effect of ultrasonic scalpel hemostasis is better than that of bipolar electrocoagulation hemostasis,and the ovarian ultrasound index and ovarian function hormone level of patients are significantly improved,which can be widely used.
