P-VEP检查对低龄屈光参差性弱视患儿治疗的指导价值

摘　　要：目的:研究选择采用以图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)检验方式对低龄屈光参差性弱视患儿进行治疗的指导价值。方法:选择2018年11月~2019年11月于本院接受治疗的38例低龄屈光参差性弱视患儿作为观察组,另外选择同期于本院接受治疗的38例低龄屈光参差性弱视患儿作为对照组,分别对两组患儿在治疗时应用P-VEP检查方法进行双眼平衡视觉训练和传统的综合训练方法进行指导,比较不同治疗的效果。结果:观察组有效治疗35例,有效率为92.11%,对照组有效治疗22例,有效率为57.89%,P<0.05;两组患儿治疗后的P100波潜伏期明显缩短,P100振波幅度明显增大,且观察组的变化状况优于对照组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论:在治疗低龄屈光参差性弱视患儿时应用P-VEP检查手段能够提升整体的治疗有效率,可帮助患儿改善视觉平衡点。Objective:To select the guiding value of graphic visual evoked potential(P-VEP)test in the treatment of young children with refractive amblyopia.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,38 children with low refractive amblyopia who were treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 38 children with low refractive amblyopia who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the observation group.In the control group,the two groups of patients were guided by the P-VEP examination method for binocular balance vision training and the traditional comprehensive training method to compare the effects of different treatments.Results:The observation group effectively treated 35 cases with an effective rate of 92.11%,and the control group effectively treated 22 cases with an effective rate of 57.89%,P<0.05;After treatment,the P100 wave latency of the two groups of children was significantly shortened,and the P100 wave amplitude was significantly increased,and the changes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of P-VEP in the treatment of young children with phototropism amblyopia can improve the overall treatment efficiency,can help children improve visual balance,and is worthy of popularization and treatment.
