摘 要:为了助力中西部地区高新技术产业高质量发展,需要构建城市高新技术产业发展水平综合测算指标体系,运用熵值法、聚类法、变异系数分析法和地理探测器来分析中西部15个城市高新技术产业发展现状、差异及制约因素。结果显示:15个城市的高新技术产业现状差异明显,可聚类为高、中、低三类,在空间格局上呈“山”形态势;总体而言中部城市要优于西部城市,但平均差异很小;研发资金和人力投入是制约中西部高新技术产业发展的共同关键因素。根据不同城市高新技术产业发展现状和关键制约因素,提出了促进发展的对策建议。In this paper,to facilitate the high-quality development of high-tech industries in Central and Western China,a comprehensive index system was constructed for measuring the development level of urban high-tech industries;entropy method,clustering method,coefficient of variation analysis method,and geographic detector were used to analyze the development status,differences,and restrictive factors of high-tech industries in 15 cities in Central and Western China.The research results show significant differences in the status quo of high-tech industries in 15 cities,which can be clustered into three categories:high,medium,and low,showing a“mountain”trend in spatial pattern.Overall,the central cities are better than the western cities,but the average difference is small.Furthermore,“R&D capital”and“human investment”are the common key factors that restrict the development of high-tech industries in 15 cities of central and western China.Finally,based on the development status and key restrictive factors in each city,we have made three recommendations to promote the development of high-tech industries.
