摘 要:目的:探究3D扫描技术在口腔正畸临床数字化中的有效性。方法:选择2017年11月~2019年11月来本院接受正畸治疗的200例患者为研究对象,对其开展模型收集工作,实施数码近摄测量以及3D激光扫描测量,分析结果。结果:3D激光扫描测量ANB角和数码测量结果差异显著,P<0.05。两者测量U1-NA角差异明显,P<0.05。数码测量法以及3D激光扫描测量法所测定的远中径测量结果无明显差别,P>0.05。结论:3D激光扫描技术于夹角测量方便优点突出。可见,在开展口腔正畸工作中利用3D激光扫描测量法所测得的数据精准度良好。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of 3D scanning technology in clinical digitization of orthodontics.Methods:200 patients who received orthodontic treatment in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the model collection was carried out,digital close-up measurement and 3D laser scanning measurement were carried out,and the results were analyzed.Results:The difference between ANB Angle measured by 3D laser scanning and digital measurement was significant(P<0.05).The difference of U1-NA Angle between the two measurements was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the measurement results of the far and middle diameter measured by digital measurement method and 3D laser scanning measurement method,P>0.05.Conclusion:3D laser scanning technology has prominent advantages in the convenience of Angle measurement.It can be seen that the accuracy of the data measured by 3D laser scanning in the orthodontic work is good.
