摘 要:提出快速高效的航天器表面微生物检测技术,构建完备的微生物快速检测技术体系,对保证行星保护任务顺利开展具有重大意义.综述了ATP检测法、AMP检测法、PMA联动荧光检测法和MALDI-TOF质谱检测法等行星保护中使用的微生物检测方法、补充技术和具备应用前景的快速微生物检测技术.根据行星保护要求和技术适用性,选取DPA检测、拉曼光谱法和基于微流控技术的微生物检测3种方法,通过比较和适当地结合为行星保护微生物快速检测技术的发展提供了新策略;结合各方法的优点与检测目的,为进一步完善我国行星保护微生物快速检测技术体系提出了设想与建议.Proposing a fast and efficient spacecraft surface microbial detection technology and constructing a complete microbial rapid detection technology system are of great significance to ensure the smooth completion of the planetary protection mission.This article reviews several methods for detection of microorganisms that are used in planetary protection,such as ATP detection method,AMP detection method,PMA linked fluorescence detection method,and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry detection method,as well as complementary technologies and rapid microbial detection technologies with application prospects.According to the requirements and technical applicability of planetary protection,DPA detection,Raman spectroscopy,and microbiological detection based on microfluidic technology are selected,which provide a new research strategy for the development of rapid microbial detection technology in planetary protection microorganisms.Combining the advantages of each method with the purpose of detection,this paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the rapid microbial detection technology system in the planetary protection of China.
