摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌患者术中冰冻病理诊断的价值及应用。方法回顾性分析2017年2月至2020年2月我院乳腺癌手术患者随机选取130例,对比术中冰冻和术后石蜡诊断结果,并分析其准确性的影响因素。结果经本文研究,术中冰冻切片检出乳腺癌准确率为126例(96.92%),和术后病理诊断结果对比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。影响诊断准确性的单因素主要有年龄、病理分级、肿瘤直径以及钙化情况。经Logistic回归分析,病理分级、肿瘤大小以及钙化情况是影响冰冻病理诊断的独立因素,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对乳腺癌患者临床资料分析,影响术中冰冻病理诊断准确性的因素包括患者年龄、病理分级、肿瘤直径以及钙化情况,因此手术前详细了解患者病历资料,尤其是以上4个相关因素,可显著提高术中冰冻诊断准确性,更好的指导临床手术,优化手术方式。Objective To study the value and application of intraoperative frozen pathology in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of 130 cases of breast cancer surgery patients in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were randomly selected.The results of intraoperative frozen and postoperative paraffin diagnosis were compared,and the influencing factors of accuracy were analyzed.Results In this study,126 cases(96.92%)of breast cancer were detected by intraoperative frozen section,and there was no significant difference between the results of intraoperative frozen section and postoperative pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).Age,pathological grade,tumor diameter and calcification were the main factors influencing the accuracy of diagnosis.Logistic regression analysis showed that pathological grade,tumor size and calcification were independent factors affecting frozen pathological diagnosis,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the analysis of clinical data of breast cancer patients,the factors influencing the accuracy of intraoperative frozen pathological diagnosis include patient's age,pathological grade,tumor diameter and calcification.Therefore,a detailed understanding of the patient's medical records before operation,especially the above four related factors,can significantly improve the accuracy of intraoperative frozen diagnosis and better guide clinical operation,Optimize the operation method.
