牙周组织再生术+口腔正畸用于牙周炎患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的以牙周炎患者作为观察对象,分析牙周组织再生术与口腔正畸对其影响效果。方法研究时间为2020年3月至2021年3月,研究对象为此期间我院收治的牙周炎患者,共计100例。入组患者需进行抽签,根据不同结果进行分组,单一D组(n=50)持有蓝色签,治疗仅使用牙周组织再生术,联合L组(n=50)持有红色签,治疗使用牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者各项牙周指标与疼痛情况均不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,从GI、PLI、SBI、PD、CAL五方面来看,均是联合L组指标低于单一D组,组间差异明显(P<0.05),且VAS评分低于单一D组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在牙周炎患者的治疗过程中,使用牙周组织再生与口腔正畸术联合干预,对于改善患者口腔健康、提高牙齿美观度具有积极意义,效果理想。Objective To analyze the effect of periodontal tissue regeneration and orthodontics on periodontitis.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,100 patients with periodontitis were selected.The enrolled patients need to be drawn and grouped according to different results.A single D group(n=50)holds a blue check,and the treatment only uses periodontal tissue regeneration,and the combined L group(n=50)holds a red check.Use periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontics.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in periodontal index and pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,from GI,PLI,SBI,PD,CAL five aspects,the indexes of combined L group were lower than that of single D group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the VAS score was lower than that of single D group(P<0.05),the statistical significance was prominent.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with periodontitis,the use of periodontal tissue regeneration and orthodontics combined intervention has positive significance for improving the oral health of patients and improving the beauty of teeth,and the effect is ideal.
