摘 要:为明确施用有机改性凹凸棒肥料对芹菜生长影响及根结线虫病的防控效果。以梁峰玉芹为试验材料,采用田间试验比较施用有机改性凹凸棒肥料与当地常规无机肥施肥后芹菜生长及根结线虫病发生的差异。结果表明:较单一施用化学肥料处理,施用有机改性凹凸棒肥料,能够使芹菜生长更好,并提高芹菜维生素C、可溶性糖含量,降低硝酸盐以及亚硝酸盐含量从而提高芹菜的品质;同时还能够减少芹菜根结线虫病的发病率、减低病情指数,减少由芹菜根结线虫病造成的产量损失。In order to figure out the effect of organic modified attapulgite fertilizer on Apium graveolens L.growth and control of root knot nematode,the field experiment was conducted to compare the effect of organic modified attapulgite fertilizer with the effect of local conventional inorganic fertilizer on Apium graveolens L.growth and root knot nematode disease.Compared with single chemical fertilizer treatment,organic modified attapulgite fertilizer could make celery grow better,increase the contents of vitamin C and soluble sugar,reduce the contents of nitrate and nitrite,and improve the quality of celery.Meanwhile,it could reduce the incidence rate of root knot nematodes,the disease index and the yield loss caused by root knot nematode disease.
