摘 要:为了验证航空发动机部件级模型作为机载模型的实时性,开展部件级模型的硬件在回路试验。根据AIR4548A燃气涡轮发动机实时建模标准,建立了单轴涡喷发动机部件级实时Simulink模型;基于模型设计方法和自动代码生成技术,将该模型集成到全数字仿真平台FWorks;将验证后的模型代码集成到硬件在回路平台的电子控制器实物中。进行了全数字仿真和硬件在回路仿真验证。结果表明:全数字仿真结果验证了部件级模型的准确性和代码生成的正确性;在硬件在回路的开环仿真结果中,该部件级实时模型单步最大运行时间不超过2.7 ms,可以作为模型基控制、故障诊断、健康管理和性能寻优控制等技术的机载模型。In order to verify the real-time of aeroengine component level model as airborne model,hardware-in-the-loop test of component level model was carried out.A component level real-time Simulink model of one-shaft turbojet engine was established based on re⁃al-time modeling standard of gas turbine engine——AIR4548A.Based on the model design method and automatic code generation technol⁃ogy,the model was integrated into full digital simulation platform(FWorks).The verified model code was integrated into the physical object of the electronic controller of the hardware-in-the-loop platform.Full digital simulation and hardware-in-the-loop simulation verification were carried out.The results show that the full digital simulation results verify the accuracy of the component level model and the correct⁃ness of code generation.Among the open loop simulation results of hardware-in-the-loop,the single-step maximum operation time of the component level real-time model is not more than 2.7 ms,which can be used as the airborne model of model-based control,fault diagnosis,health management and performance optimization control.
