摘　　要：目的:运用DRG评价指标对某三甲医院住院服务进行评价分析。方法:提取某三甲医院2019-2020年的住院病案首页数据,通过上海申康版DRG分组器分组,从医疗服务总产能、病种难度、病种结构和手术难度方面进行评价。结果:2020年CMI值、入组率和时间消耗指数较2019年有良好发展趋势,病种难度、病种结构、手术能力较2019年有一定提高。结论:DRG指标能科学、客观、合理地评价医院的效能和运行质量,能较好地反映医院优劣之处,对医院管理具有重要意义。Objective:Using DRG evaluation index to evaluate and analyze the inpatient service in a certaingrade-A tertiaryhospital.Methods:The first page data of inpatient medical records of a certaingrade-A tertiaryhospital from 2019 to 2020 were extracted and grouped by the Shanghai Hospital Development Center(SHDC).The total productivity of medical services,difficulty of disease types,structure of disease types and difficulty of surgery were evaluated.Results:CMI value,enrolling rate and time consumption index in 2020 showed a good development trend compared with that in 2019,and the difficulty of disease,disease structure and surgical ability were improved compared with that in 2019.Conclusion:DRG index can scientifically,objectively and reasonably evaluate the efficiency and operation quality of a hospital,and can better reflect the advantages and disadvantages of a hospital,which is of great significance to hospital management.
