摘  要:大功率大幅宽土壤耕整装备需求越来越多,作业功率与幅宽的增大带来传动系统设计和耕深难以控制的难题。鉴于此,在分析现有各种传动系统优缺点的基础上设计了适于大宽幅双轴旋耕灭茬机的人字形中间传动系统,空间错位输出动力到旋耕和灭茬轴,以有效解决中间漏耕。整体式变速箱体采用废钢球墨化一体铸造,降低装配难度,提高变速箱整体性能。沿机身左右水平方向布置4个倾角传感器,测量机身的倾斜角度与姿态,开发自平衡控制系统,将倾斜角度转化为直线位移数值,驱动电动缸运动。通过电动缸伸缩带动机身左右两端绕整机中点处旋转关节旋转,直到机身处于水平姿态。与普通旋耕灭茬机相比,该机作业效率提高21%左右,作业能耗降低16%,作业耕深差控制在0.5cm以下。The high-power and wide-ranging soil tillage equipments are more and more popular in agricultural production.In view of this,based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various existing transmission systems,a herringbone intermediate transmission system suitable for large width biaxial rotary tillage stubble cleaner is designed,so as to effectively solve the intermediate leakage tillage.Integral gearbox,which is casted with spheroidization of scrap steel,improves the overall performance of the drive system.In order to control the drive system of rotary tiller,four inclination sensors are assigned with evenly spacing on the body.The data of dip angle from inclination sensors are converted into linear displacement values that drive electric cylinders.Two electric cylinders are used to drive the machine body rotate around the rotating joint until horizontality attitude.Compared with traditional rotary tiller,the operation efficiency is improved about 21%,and energy consumption is reduced by 16%.The plough depth difference is controlled below 0.5 cm.
