摘 要:为了提升矿山环境中的除尘效果,基于外混式雾化喷嘴搭建实验平台。利用高速摄像机以及图像处理软件VisionPro,在水流量、水温、气体压力等工况下分析了喷嘴雾化粒径的特性分布,应用索特尔平均直径(SMD)的数学模型表征雾化粒径尺寸。通过实验数据分析得出最佳雾化工况为:水流量25kg/h,水温35℃,气压0.30MPa。并且,基于CFD软件Fluent设置最佳工况参数,对外混式空气雾化喷嘴进行雾化数值模拟。结果显示:随着水流量增加,SMD呈现先减小后增加的趋势;随着水温和气体压力增加,SMD呈现递减的趋势。The experiment platform based on the external mixing type atomizer is built to improve dust removal effect of mine environment.The distribution characterization of atomizer droplet diameter is analyzed by the high-speed camera and the image processing software of VisionPro under the condition of water flow,water temperature,pressure and so on.The mathematical model of the Sauter mean diameter(SMD)is used for characterizing atomized particle size.The optimum condition of 25 kg/h(water flow),35℃(water temperature)and 0.30 MPa(pressure)are analyzed by the experimental data.The optimum condition parameters based on CFD software Fluent were set for numerical simulation of the external mixing type atomizer.The results show that the SMD decreases first and then increases with the increasing of water flow and decreases with increasing water temperature and gas pressure.
