摘　　要：目的了解传染病专科医院护士重大传染病疫情应急能力现状,探究其与应急知识、应急态度的相关性。方法于2021年1月选择传染病专科医院652名护士作为研究对象,采用护士重大传染病疫情应急能力问卷、护士重大传染病疫情应急知识问卷和护士重大传染病疫情应急态度问卷进行现况调查。应用Pearson相关性分析探究护士重大传染病疫情应急能力与应急知识、应急态度的相关性。结果传染病专科医院护士重大传染病疫情应急能力、应急知识和应急态度条目均分分别为3.93±0.62分,3.87±0.61分和4.32±0.45分。64.57%护士重大传染病疫情应急能力为中低水平,且应急能力总分及各维度得分均与应急知识得分、应急态度得分成正相关(P<0.05)。结论传染病专科医院护士重大传染病疫情应急能力和应急知识总体处于中等水平,应急态度总体为高水平,相关机构应制订培训方案,加强对护士重大传染病疫情应急知识培训和应急态度培养,以提高护士重大传染病疫情应急能力。Objective To understand the correlation between the emergency response ability,knowledge and attitude for major infectious diseases of the infectious disease hospital nurses.Methods In January 2021,a total of 652 infectious disease hospital nurses were selected as the study objects.By using the emergency response ability questionnaire,emergency knowledge questionnaire and emergency attitude questionnaire for major infectious diseases to investigate.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the emergency response ability,knowledge and attitude for major infectious diseases.Results The infectious disease hospital nurses had an average score of 3.93±0.62 points for the emergency response ability,3.87±0.61 points for the emergency knowledge and 4.32±0.45 points for the emergency attitude.64.57%of nurses were at medium or low level of major infection disease response ability.The total score of nurses'emergency response ability for major infectious diseases and the scores of all dimensions were positively correlated with emergency knowledge scores and emergency attitude scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency response ability and emergency knowledge for major infectious diseases of the infectious disease hospital nurses were generally at a medium level,but the emergency response attitude was at a high level.Relevant institutions should formulate training programs to strength the nurses'emergency knowledge and emergency attitude in order to improve their emergency response ability for major infectious diseases.
