高校职称评审权下放后职称评审标准存在的问题与建议

摘　　要：高校职称评审关系到教师个人成长、学校发展、教育发展大计和国家全面发展。为完善高校职称评审工作,采用调查研究法,对评审权下放后广东省高校职称评审情况进行调研,分析了高校职称评审标准存在的问题及由此产生的弊端,提出完善高校职称评审标准的建议,研究高校职称评审标准监督管理对策。The evaluation of professional titles of colleges and universities is related to the personal growth of teachers, school development, educational development plans and the overall development of the country. In order to improve the evaluation of professional titles in colleges and universities, the investigation and research method was adopted to investigate the evaluation of professional titles in universities in Guangdong Province after the decentralization of the evaluation authority. The problems in the evaluation standards of colleges and universities and the resulting disadvantages were analyzed, and suggestions for improving the evaluation standards of colleges and universities were put forwardto study the supervision and management countermeasures of the professional title evaluation standards in colleges and universities.
