摘  要:“帽领”(Capncollar,CNC)家族包括果蝇CNC1,线虫Skn-1,脊椎动物核因子E2样蛋白1(nuclear factor E2-like protein 1,NFE2L1)/核因子E2相关因子1(nuclear factor E2-related factor 1,NRF1)、NFE2L2/NRF2和NFE2L3/NRF3,以及相似性较低的BACH1和BACH2蛋白[1]。在信号传递过程中,CNC因子与小Maf家族蛋白形成异源二聚体,以进一步识别并结合多种反应元件如NFE2、Maf识别元件(Maf recognition element,MARE)、抗氧化反应元件(antioxidant response element,ARE)、应激反应元件(stress response element,STRE)和亲电子反应元件(electrophile response element,EpRE),进而调控靶基因的表达[2]。Nuclear factor E2-like protein 3(NFE2 L3)/nuclear factor E2-related factor 3(NRF3)is a member of the Cap’n’collar(CNC)transcription factor family and contains highly conserved basic leucine zipper structure.Its homologous genes NFE2 L1(NRF1)and NFE2 L2(NRF2)are extensively studied,and they play important roles in redox balance changes,inflammation,aging,tumor metabolic reprogramming,mediation of tumor immune tolerance,tissue infiltration and metastasis,and so on.However,the function and regulation of NRF3,as a transcription factor that is strictly regulated and modified after transcription,are not thoroughly elucidated.This review comprehensively elaborates the latest research progress in the structural characteristics,biological functions and regulatory mechanisms of the transcription factor NRF3,thus providing a basis for subsequent studies on its transcriptional regulation network and signaling pathways,and for exploring its potential functions and important roles in human normal physiological activities or diseases.
