摘 要:针对现有工艺路线知识库难以为工艺路线的智能生成提供支持的问题,提出了一种基于神经网络的工艺路线知识库建立及优化方法。建立以工艺路线经验数据为基础的数据库;综合考虑工艺路线设计的影响因素,通过神经网络学习,得到影响因素与工艺路线间的隐含规则,应用数据库中实际数据与经神经网络学习得到的隐含规则构成工艺路线知识库;数据反馈更新后经神经网络学习,不断得到新的隐含规则,以达到工艺路线知识库优化的目的,借助该工艺路线知识库可智能生成工艺路线。通过机械产品实例应用验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the problem that the existing knowledge process route base is difficult to support the intelligent generation of the process route,a method of establishing and optimizing the process route knowledge base based on the neural network was investigated.A database based on experience data of the process route was established.Considering the influence factors of process route design,the hidden rules between the influencing factors and the process route can be obtained by the neural network learning.The process route knowledge base is composed of the actual data in the database and the hidden rules learned from neural network.Along with the update of the data feedback,the desired new hidden rules will be obtained by the neural network to optimize the process route knowledge base.With the help of the knowledge base,the process route could be generated intelligently.The feasibility and effectiveness of this method were verified by the application of mechanical products.
