摘  要:大跨度铁路桥梁梁端伸缩装置的有效计算范围很短,随机不平顺的影响相对较大,直接的耦合动力计算结果难以反映最不利情况。梁端伸缩装置变形主要表现为中短波不平顺,对行车安全性产生影响。以一座1500 m级超大跨度斜拉-悬吊协作体系公铁两用大桥为例,从轨道平顺状态及车辆动力响应两方面,确定轨道形位评价、车桥动力仿真分析的计算工况和评定标准,并基于此标准对该公铁两用大桥梁端伸缩装置的性能进行评估。研究结果表明:梁端伸缩装置附近区域的轨道平顺状态受到多种外部环境因素的影响且存在共同作用的概率,提出了分级管理的原则,对上述环境因素采用不同的荷载组合及10 m弦、车辆响应控制建议值;温度对大跨度桥梁梁端伸缩装置影响最大;车桥动力分析与10 m弦测值分析结果相匹配,证明了基于轨道形位对梁端伸缩装置性能进行评估的有效性、合理性。The effective calculation range of the beam end expansion device is very short and the influence of random irregularities is relatively large. It is difficult to guarantee that the calculation results can reflect the most unfavorable situation by direct coupling dynamic analysis. The deformation of the beam end expansion device is mainly manifested as medium-short wave irregularity,and its influence on vehicle performance is mainly on running safety. A 1 500 m superlarge-span cable-stayed suspension highway-railway combined bridge was case-studied for the performance evaluation of the beam end expansion device from two aspects of the rail regularity state and the vehicle dynamic responses. The calculation conditions and evaluation criteria of track shape and vehicle-bridge dynamic simulation analysis were determined in this paper. The results show that the rail regularity state near the beam end expansion device is affected by a variety of external environmental factors. There is a certain probability for these factors to work together. The principle of hierarchical management is put forward to adopt different load combinations and different control values of 10 m chord measurement and vehicle responses. Temperature has the greatest influence on beam end expansion device. The results of vehicle-bridge dynamic analysis are matched with the 10 m chord measurement analysis,which proves the validity and rationality of the performance evaluation of beam end expansion device based on track shape.
