摘  要:在轨条纵向力、钢轨初始弯曲和线路横向抗力作用下,无砟轨道无缝线路钢轨可能以碎弯形式产生一定的横向变形,危害行车安全。本文通过建立CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道无缝线路有限元模型,考虑等效升温幅值引起的钢轨纵向力,分析了钢轨碎弯影响因素及作用规律。结果表明:不同初始弯曲线形均存在最不利波长,复曲线形初始弯曲容易使钢轨产生更大的横向变形;正弦曲线形初始弯曲的横向位移幅值会随着初始弯曲半波数的增加而增大;养护维修过程中在防止扣件扣压力损失过多的同时,还应避免横向刚度不均匀分布造成轨道几何形位超限。Under the action of longitudinal force of rail,initial bending of rail and lateral resistance of railway track,the rail of ballastless track Continuous Welded Rail(CWR)may produce certain lateral deformation in the form of rail continuous bending,which endangers train safety.In this paper,by establishing the finite element model of CRTS I double block ballastless track CWR and considering the longitudinal force of rail caused by equivalent heating amplitude,the influencing factors and action law of rail continuous bending were analyzed.The results show that the most unfavorable wavelength exists in different initial bending curves,and the initial bending of compound curve is easy to cause greater lateral deformation of rail.The lateral displacement amplitude of sinusoidal initial bending increases with the increase of initial bending half wave number.During track maintenance,besides preventing excessive loss of fastening force,it is also necessary to avoid exceeding the limit of track geometry caused by uneven distribution of lateral stiffness.
