摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤出芽与输尿管癌临床病理特征及患者预后的相关性。方法收集2016年1月至2020年4月我院收治的52例输尿管癌病理切片,显微镜下观察肿瘤出芽情况。统计学方法分析肿瘤出芽与临床病理特征及患者预后无病生存期(disease free survival,DFS)与癌特异性生存期(cancer specific survival,CSS)的关系。结果在输尿管癌患者中,肿瘤出芽分级与病理分期、肿瘤大小、脉管侵犯、神经侵犯及远处转移具有相关性。单因素生存分析提示肿瘤出芽与患者预后(DFS、CSS)存在明显的相关性,在多因素生存分析中,肿瘤出芽是DFS的独立预后因素。结论肿瘤出芽与输尿管癌病理分期、肿瘤大小、脉管侵犯、神经侵犯、远处转移及患者不良预后密切相关。Objective To explore correlation between tumor budding and clinicopathological features,and prognosis of ureteral carcinoma.Methods 52 pathological sections of ureteral carcinoma from January 2016 to April 2020 in our hospital were collected,and the tumor budding was observed under microscope.Statistical methods were used to analyze the relationship among tumor budding,clinicopathological features and prognosis(DFS,CSS).Results In the patients with ureteral cancer,the grade of tumor budding was related to pathological stage,tumor size,vascular invasion,nerve invasion and distant metastasis.Univariate survival analysis showed that tumor budding was significantly correlated with the prognosis(DFS,CSS).In multivariate survival analysis,tumor budding was an independent prognostic factor of DFS.Conclusion Tumor budding is closely related to pathologic stage,tumor size,vascular invasion,nerve invasion,distant metastasis and poor prognosis of ureteral carcinoma.
