摘　　要：创新战略选择是创新管理领域长期探讨的焦点话题之一。鉴于环境是影响企业战略选择的关键驱动因素,以2012—2017年中国上市公司为研究样本,探讨了环境动态性对企业创新战略选择的影响,并进一步考察企业创业导向和技术能力两个企业特征对上述关系的调节作用。研究发现,环境动态性驱动企业选择合作创新战略而非自主创新战略;企业创业导向显著促使企业在动态的环境中由合作创新向自主创新转变;技术能力不能显著促使企业在动态的环境中由自主创新转向合作创新。研究结论拓展了创新背景下“环境—战略”匹配关系研究和企业双元创新研究,为企业开展创新实践提供了理论依据。The choice of innovation strategy is one of the long-term focused topics discussed in innovation management field.Environmental aspects play an important role in innovation strategy.Based on the longitudinal data of Chinese publicly listed firms from 2012 to 2017,it investigated how environmental dynamism affecting the choice of innovation strategy,as well as the moderating roles of entrepreneurial orientation and technological capability.Specifically,the results show that when the firms face highly dynamic environment,they are likely to choose cooperative innovation strategy rather than independent innovation strategy;entrepreneurial orientation plays a significant moderating role in shifting firms’inclination from cooperative innovation strategy to independent innovation strategy;technological capability plays a significant moderating role in shifting firms’inclination innovation from independent innovation strategy to cooperative innovation strategy.The conclusions enrich the literature on the“environment-innovation strategy”linkage and firm ambidextrous innovation,and provide a theoretical guidance for firm innovation practice.
