摘 要:目的探讨经颅重复高频磁刺激左侧Broca区与左侧背外侧前额叶区治疗小儿孤独症谱系障碍的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院收治的58例孤独症谱系障碍患儿作为研究对象,采用简单随机化法将其分为对照组(29例,经颅重复高频磁刺激左侧Broca区治疗)和试验组(29例,经颅重复高频磁刺激左侧背外侧前额叶区治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的72.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的生活自理、躯体运动、感觉评分及总分低于对照组,语言、交往评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的CARS评分低于对照组,DQ、GMFM-88评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孤独症谱系障碍患儿接受经颅重复高频磁刺激左侧Broca区与左侧背外侧前额叶区治疗均可获得一定的效果,临床可根据患儿的症状偏向,合理选择治疗的区域,以此更好地改善患儿预后。Objective To explore the clinical effects of transcranial repetitive high-frequency magnetic stimulation on the left Broca area and the left dorsolateral prefrontal area in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods A total of 58 children with autism spectrum disorder admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group(29 cases,transcranial repetitive high-frequency magnetic stimulation on the left Broca area treatment)and experimental group(29 cases,transcranial repetitive high-frequency magnetic stimulation on the left dorsolateral prefrontal area treatment)by simple randomization method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.55%,which was higher than 72.41% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the self-care,body movement,feeling scores and total score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the language and communication scores were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CARS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the DQ and GMFM-88 scores were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with autism spectrum disorder can achieve certain results after receiving transcranial repetitive high-frequency magnetic stimulation on the left Broca area and the left dorsolateral prefrontal area.Clinically,the treatment area can be reasonably selected according to the children's symptom preference,so as to better improve the prognosis of children.
