传统方法修复全口义齿与吸附性全口义齿修复在牙槽嵴低平患者中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较传统方法修复全口义齿与吸附性全口义齿修复在牙槽嵴低平患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月本院口腔科收治的130例牙槽嵴低平患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组(65例)和观察组(65例)。对照组采用传统方法修复全口义齿,观察组采用吸附性全口义齿修复。比较两组的初戴效果、咀嚼功能、义齿压痛点个数、咀嚼效率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的义齿稳定性、固位性、咀嚼功能、语言能力、佩戴舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的咀嚼功能优良率高于对照组(P=0.027)。观察组初戴1周后的义齿压痛点个数少于对照组,初戴3个月后的吸光度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.001)。结论吸附性全口义齿修复在牙槽嵴低平患者中的应用效果较好,能明显改善咀嚼功能,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To compare the application effects of traditional method for complete denture repair and adsorptive complete dentures repair in patients with low alveolar crest.Methods A total of 130 patients with low alveolar crest admitted to stomatology department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(65 cases)and observation group(65 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional method for complete denture repair,while the observation group was treated with adsorptive complete denture repair.Effect during initial wear,masticatory function,number of denture tenderness points,masticatory efficiency and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of denture stability,retention,masticatory function,language ability and wearing comfort in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of masticatory function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.027).The number of denture tenderness points in the first week of wearing in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the absorbance in the first 3 months of wearing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion The adsorptive complete dentures repair in patients with low alveolar crest have a good application effect.It can significantly improve the masticatory function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
