摘  要:目的了解西安市胸科医院临床护理带教老师准入现状,为临床护理带教老师的培养提供依据。方法以2019年8月至9月我院申请临床护理带教老师的82名人员为研究对象,分别对其进行准入考核。考核内容由理论、操作示教和护理文书3项组成,各100分,取平均分为综合评分结果,综合评分≥70分且单项评分均≥60分为准入通过。统计我院临床护理带教老师的准入通过率,并分析相关影响因素。结果临床护理带教老师准入通过率为46.34%(38/82)。最高学历、中文版NCTEI评分是影响临床护理带教老师准入考核结果的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论本院临床护理带教老师准入通过率较低,临床护理带教老师准入考核结果与最高学历、中文版NCTEI评分有关。Objective To understand the admission status of clinical nursing teachers in Xi'an chest hospital,so as to provide basis for the develop of clinical nursing teachers.Methods From August to September 2019,82 people who applied for clinical nursing teachers in our hospital were enrolled as the research objects,and their admittance were assessed respectively.The assessment content was composed of theory,operation teaching and nursing documents,with 100 points in each item.The average score was taken as the comprehensive score result.If the comprehensive score was ≥70 points and the individual score was ≥60 points,the assessment was passed.The admission rate of clinical nursing teachers in our hospital was counted,and the related influencing factors were analyzed.Results The admission rate of clinical nursing teachers was 46.34%(38/82).The highest educational background and the Chinese NCTEI score were the independent factors affecting the admission examination results of clinical nursing teachers(P<0.05).Conclusion The admission rate of clinical nursing teachers in our hospital is low.The admission examination results of clinical nursing teachers are related to the highest education and the Chinese NCTEI score.
