煤矿井下低污染排放支架搬运车的设计

摘　　要：针对煤矿井下轨道运输过程复杂、耗时耗力、安全事故频发的问题,设计了一种新型支架搬运车,可将液压支架整体不拆解"面到面"一次性运送到新工作面,具有机动灵活、省时省力及安全性高的优点。另该车采用低污染排放的电控防爆柴油机,符合我国"30·60碳达峰-碳中和"战略的要求,实现了绿色发展和碳中和关键技术的应用。同时,支架搬运车可提高煤矿综采工作面设备的搬家效率,实现减员提效,极大地推动了我国煤矿无轨辅助运输技术的进步和我国煤炭行业的科技进步。Aiming at the problems of complex underground rail transportation process,time-consuming and labor-consuming,and frequent safety accidents,a new type of support carrier is designed in this paper,which can transport the whole hydraulic support to the new working face"face to face"without dismantling,and has the advantages of flexibility,time-saving and high safety.In addition,the vehicle adopts low emission electronically controlled explosion-proof diesel engine,which meets the requirements of China’s"30.60 carbon peak carbon neutralization"strategy,and realizes the green development and the application of carbon neutralization key technologies.At the same time,the support carrier can improve the moving efficiency of the equipment in the fully mechanized coal mining face,reduce the staff and improve the efficiency,greatly promote the progress of trackless auxiliary transportation technology in China’s coal mines,and greatly promote the scientific and technological progress of China’s coal industry.
