互联网+背景下英美文学教学中“共情”体验与高校学生工作伦理的关联性研究

摘　　要：共情成为文学教学中学生体认文本中人物情感的有效机制,但共情体验需要教师与学生双方共同努力。一方面,教师要选择有益的文学作品,运用一定阐释策略,有意识地培养学生与人物的共情。另一方面,学生要积极参与师生讨论与小组学习,破除自身认知与身份局限,进而能够理解人物困境。文学中的共情体验最终要从文本走向实践。经由文本获得的情感体验与伦理取向最终上升为一种工作伦理,指导实际工作。虽然文学中的共情体验可能不会产生即时的实践效果,但却会对学生未来职业发展与工作伦理产生持续影响。可以说,文学教学中的阅读活动可以将学生的共情体验与未来工作伦理联系在一起,是审美认知与实践活动的有效桥梁。Empathy is an effective way to engage students with characters’feelings in English literature teaching activities,but teachers and students should pay great efforts to achieve this goal.On the one hand,teachers should select valuable literature works and adopt certain interpretation skills to cultivate students’empathy with the characters consciously.On the other hand,students should participate in group discussion actively,break the limitations of self-cognition and group identity in order to understand the plight of the characters.The experience of empathy should develop from texts to practice.Emotions and ethics acquired from literature will develop to the principles of work ethics,and guide students’practical life.Although literature empathy will not facilitate immediate action,it will have great influence on students’career life work ethics.Literature reading activities put empathy experience and work ethics together,and also bridge aesthetic cognition and social practice.
