摘　　要：帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)是一种常见的神经系统变性疾病,临床表现可分为运动症状与非运动症状两大类。其中,PD非运动症状在病程早期极易被误诊、漏诊,如有些PD相关性睡眠障碍甚至是患者先驱症状。进一步研究PD相关性睡眠障碍的发病机制有助于预防性延缓PD疾病进展。基于此,本文主要综述PD相关性睡眠障碍的临床分类、可能的发病机制及治疗方案等,为PD治疗提供新的治疗思路。Parkinson disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease which has diverse clinical manifestations,mainly,motor and non-motor symptoms.However,its non-motor symptoms are very easy to be misdiagnosed or missed diagnosis in the early stage of PD.PD related sleep disorders can even be a prodromal phase of PD.Therefore,further understanding the pathophysiology of these sleep disturbances will be helpful in preventive delay of PD progression.This paper mainly reviews the clinical classification,possible pathogenesis,and treatment strategies of PD related sleep disorder,so as to provide a new treatment idea for PD.
