摘  要:芜湖长江三桥北引桥W3~0号墩跨度为3×50.2 m,下层铁路桥采用预应力混凝土简支箱梁(顶板宽12.2 m、底板宽5.26 m),上层公路桥采用预应力混凝土连续箱梁(顶板宽15.99 m、底板宽9.19 m),上、下层梁中心线不重合。根据该桥结构特点及桥址区地质情况,下层铁路梁采用“支架现浇+箱梁横移”方案施工:仅在左幅公路梁正下方搭设现浇支架,先在支架上施工右幅铁路梁,然后将右幅铁路梁沿铁路墩顶横移至右幅公路梁正下方,最后在支架上施工左幅铁路梁;上层公路梁采用“支架现浇+支架横移”方案施工:先将下层铁路梁横移至公路梁正下方,在右幅铁路梁顶搭设支架,待右幅公路梁施工后将支架整体沿铁路梁顶横移至左幅,最后在支架上施工左幅公路梁。待公路梁施工完成且支架拆除后,再将铁路梁横移至设计位置。The north approach(between piers W3 and 0)of the Third Wuhu Changjiang River Bridge contains three spans of 50.2 m.The lower railway deck is formed of prestressed concrete simply-supported box beams with 12.2 m-wide top slabs and 5.26 m-wide base slabs,while the upper highway deck is composed of prestressed concrete continuous box girders with 15.99 m-wide top slabs and 9.19 m-wide base slabs,and the central lines of the upper and lower decks do not overlap.To suit the structural characteristics of the bridge and the geological condition at the bridge site,the box beams in the lower railway deck were first cast on scaffolds and then transversely moved into position.Scaffolds were only installed below the left deck,on which the box beams in the right deck were first cast,and then transversely moved along the pier tops to the location just below the right deck,at last,the box beams in the left deck were cast.The continuous box beams in the upper highway deck were cast in situ on scaffolds and transversely moved with the scaffolds into position.In the construction of the highway deck,the lower railway deck needed to be transversely moved below the highway deck to create a platform for the installation of scaffolds for the in-situ casting of the highway deck.Once the right half of the highway deck took shape,the scaffolds were transversely moved to the left for the casting of the box beams in the left half of the highway deck.After the removal of the scaffolds,the lower railway deck was transversely moved into design position.
