摘  要:以红富士苹果为试材,研究采后2mmol/L乙酰水杨酸(Acetylsalicylic Acid,ASA)浸泡处理富士苹果,24h后接种定粉红单端孢(Trichothecium roseum),定期测定果心和果肉的病斑直径,以及ASA处理对抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽循环及膜脂化程度的影响。结果表明,乙酰水杨酸(ASA)处理能够有效抑制苹果果心和果肉组织病斑直径扩展、丙二醛(MDA)含量增加和LOX酶活性升高,降低DHA、GSSG的含量,提高果实中AsA和GSH含量、增加APX、GR、DHAR和MDAR活性,促进果实中抗氧化相关酶活性的提高,增加抗氧化剂含量,消除过量的H2O2,降低膜脂过氧化程度。The aim of this work is to study the effects of Acetylsalicylic Acid(ASA)treatment on ascorbate-glutathione cycle and the degree of Cell membrane lipid peroxidation of the postharvest apple fruit.Apple fruits were dipped in 2 mmol/L ASA,and then the fruits were inoculated with Trichothecium roseum of pulp tissue and core of apple after 24 hour.The result showed that ASA treatment could effectively restrain the development of the disease diameter of core and pulp tissue,decrease the MDA content and the LOX activity,promote the contents of DHA and GSSH,improve the activities of APX,GR,DHAR and MDAR.In conclusion,ASA treatment enhances related antioxidant enzyme activities,increases the antioxidant content and eliminates the over accumulation of H2O2,reduces the degree of Cell membrane lipid peroxidation of apple fruits.
