摘 要:考虑活塞具有矩形织构的摩擦与润滑因素,研究充气式双筒液压减振器动态阻尼特性。建立双筒液压减振器的阻尼特性数学模型和动压润滑方程,对减振器阻尼特性数学方程的复原和压缩行程进行求解,得到减振器上、下腔压力。采用雷诺空化边界条件,将上、下腔压力作为初始压力,对Reynolds方程采用五点差分法进行离散,利用超松弛迭代法(successive over⁃relaxation,简称SOR)进行求解,得到摩擦阻尼力。分析了活塞运动速度、织构深度、织构宽度、油膜厚度、活塞半径和宽度等因素对摩擦阻尼的影响,以及摩擦因素对减振器动态阻尼特性的影响,研究发现:减振器活塞与缸筒之间的摩擦力和阻尼力随着活塞速度、织构宽度和活塞宽度的增加而增加,随着织构深度的增加而先增加后减小,随着油膜厚度的增加而减小;活塞半径对摩擦力无明显影响。Considering the friction and lubrication factors of the piston with rectangular texture,the dynamic damping characteristics of inflatable dual cylinder hydraulic damper are studied.Initially,the mathematic model of the damping characteristics and the dynamic pressure lubrication equation of the double-tube hydraulic shock absorber is establised.Then,the restore and compression strokes equations are calculated.The upper chamber pressure and the lower chamber pressure are obtained,and the Reynolds cavitation boundary condition is adopted,then the upper cavity pressure and the lower cavity pressure are used as the initial pressure.After that,the Reynolds equation based on five-point difference formula is discreted and the Reynolds equation by successive over-relaxation(SOR)method is calculated.Based on the above calculation,the value of the oil film friction damping force can be obtained.The influence of friction damping on piston speed,texture depth,radius and axial width of piston and other factors is analyzed,and the influence of friction factors on damping characteristics of the damper is studied.It is found that the oil film friction between piston and cylinder increases with the increase of piston velocity,texture width and piston width;as the texture depth increases,it first increases and then decreases;as the oil film thickness increases,it decreases;the piston radius has no obvious effect on the friction;and the corresponding factors affect the dynamic damping characteristics of the shock absorber.
