摘　　要：集体经济“第二次飞跃”是邓小平为我国农村改革发展作出的总体战略部署,是当前和今后我国农村发展的逻辑主线。农村集体经济“第二次飞跃”以马克思主义集体经济理论、邓小平集体经济构想和习近平新时代“统”的农村经济思想为基础,蕴含了深刻的本质内涵和丰富的实践价值,是农民共同富裕的根本保证、农村治理体系现代化的重要基础和乡村振兴的必然要求。新时代实现农村集体经济“第二次飞跃”遵循了科学的理论逻辑,积累了厚实的物质基础。推动农村集体经济“第二次飞跃”必须坚持集体化发展方向、构建市场化经营体制、形成社会化生产方式,稳妥有序推动集体经济迈向更高水平。The“second leap”of collective economy is the overall strategic deployment made by Deng Xiaoping for China’s rural reform and development.It is the logical main line of China’s rural development at present and in the future.The second leap of the rural collective economy is based on Marx’s collective economic theory,Deng Xiaoping’s collective economic conception and Xi Jinping’s rural economic thought of“new era”.It contains profound essential connotation and rich practical value.It is the fundamental guarantee for the common prosperity of the peasants,the important foundation of the modernization of the rural governance system and the inevitable requirement of Rural Revitalization.The realization of the“second leap”of rural collective economy in the new era follows the scientific theoretical logic and has accumulated a solid material foundation.To promote the“second leap”of rural collective economy,we must adhere to the direction of collective development,build a market-oriented management system,form a socialized mode of production,and promote the collective economy to a higher level in a stable and orderly manner.
