摘　　要：加强民主党派基层组织建设是高职院校贯彻落实《中国共产党统一战线工作条例》、凝聚学校高质量发展能量、提升民主党派参政议政能力的重要工作。课题组在对广东高职院校民主党派基层组织建设情况广泛调研的基础上,客观分析了高职院校民主党派基层组织建设的现状与特点,结合高职院校的特殊性,从加强党的统一领导、健全统一战线工作机构、强化民主党派政治引领、注重民主党派思想建设、完善民主党派基层组织制度等五个方面,针对性地探索了高职院校民主党派基层组织建设的路径。Strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations of democratic parties is very important for higher vocational colleges to implement“The Regulations of the Communist Party of China on United Front Work”,condense the high-quality development energy of the school and improve the ability of democratic parties to participate in and discuss politics.On the basis of extensive investigation on the construction of grassroots organizations of democratic parties in Guangdong higher vocational colleges,the research group objectively analyzes the current situation and characteristics of grassroots organization construction of democratic parties in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the particularity of higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the path of the construction of Democratic Party grass-roots organizations in higher vocational colleges from five aspects:strengthening the party’s unified leadership,perfecting the United Front work organization,strengthening the political guidance of democratic parties,paying attention to the ideological construction of democratic parties and improving the grass-roots organization system of democratic parties.
