摘 要:乳腺癌患者血液中循环游离DNA(cf-DNA)明显高于正常人。cf-DNA容易采集和无创性的优点使其在肿瘤早期诊断、良恶性鉴别、疗效检测、预后评估等临床应用中备受关注。此外,cf-DNA还可以反映肿瘤大小、肿瘤转移、基因突变、抑癌基因启动子区的超甲基化等。为此,本文主要从生物性状、检测、在乳腺癌中的应用三个方面综述cf-DNA的研究进展,以期为临床寻找乳腺癌的生物靶点提供帮助。The circulating free DNA(cf-DNA)in the blood of breast cancer patients is significantly higher than that of normal people.The advantages of easy collection and non-invasiveness of cf-DNA have attracted much attention in clinical applications such as early tumor diagnosis,benign and malignant differentiation,curative effect detection,and prognostic evaluation.In addition,cf-DNA can also reflect tumor size,tumor metastasis,gene mutation,hypermethylation of tumor suppressor gene promoter region,etc.For this reason,this article mainly reviews the research progress of cf-DNA from three aspects:biological characteristics,detection and application in breast cancer,in order to provide help in finding biological targets of breast cancer clinically.
