穴位埋线法对胆固醇胆石症大鼠血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯含量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位埋线法对胆固醇胆石症大鼠一般状态、结石成石率、血清总胆固醇及甘油三脂含量的影响。方法将32只雄性wistar大鼠随机分为空白组8只,造模24只。空白组正常饲料喂养,造模组喂食致石饲料建立胆固醇胆石症模型。造模6周后,随机分成模型组、埋线组、针刺组,每组8只。空白组、模型组只造模不予任何治疗;埋线组予阳陵泉、胆囊穴、足三里、第10胸椎夹脊穴进行穴位埋线;针刺组予阳陵泉、胆囊穴、足三里、第10胸椎夹脊穴进行针刺。比较各组大鼠一般状态,胆固醇胆结石成石率,大鼠血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量。结果与空白组比较,模型组大鼠胆固醇性胆结石成石率为100.00%;血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量均高于空白组(P<0.01);埋线组、针刺组大鼠成石率、血清总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯均低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论穴位埋线能够减少胆固醇胆结石的发病率,促进胆固醇胆石症血清脂类代谢,降低血清胆固醇、甘油三酯含量,从而达到治疗胆固醇胆石症的目的。Objective To investigate the effects of acupoint embedding method on the general status,stone formation rate,serum total cholesterol and triglyceride content of cholesterol cholelithiasis rats.Methods 32 male wistar rats were randomly divided into a blank group with 8 rats and a model with 24 rats.The blank group was fed with normal diet,and the model was fed with stone-causing diet to establish a cholesterol cholelithiasis model.After 6 weeks of modeling,they were randomly divided into models Group,embedding group,acupuncture group,8 in each group.The blank group and the model group were only given models without any treatment;the thread-embedding group received Yanglingquan,Gallbladder,Zusanli,and 10th thoracic Jiaji points for acupoint embedding;The acupuncture group received acupuncture at Yanglingquan,Gallbladder,Zusanli,and Jiaji points on the 10th thoracic vertebra.Compare the general state of rats in each group,the rate of cholesterol gallstone formation,and the content of total cholesterol and triglyceride in rat serum.Results Compared with the blank group,the stone formation rate of cholesterol gallstones in the model group was 100.00%;Serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were higher than those in the blank group(P<0.01);The stone formation rate,serum total cholesterol and serum triglyceride of rats in the catgut embedding group and acupuncture group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Catgut embedding at acupoints can reduce the incidence of cholesterol gallstones,promote cholesterol cholelithiasis serum lipid metabolism,and reduce serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels,thereby achieving the goal of treating cholesterol gallstones.
