摘 要:目的调查2018—2019年宝鸡市地产水果中稀土元素的含量,评估其对人群健康的影响。方法从农贸市场或超市等地购买135份样品,用电感耦等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)进行检测分析。结果宝鸡市地产水果中稀土元素含量均值为6.77μg/kg,稀土元素的污染以轻稀土元素为主。用Mann-Whitney秩和检验对铈和钪、钬和铽、镥和铥、镨和钐的检出值比较,差异均无统计学意义(U=8 520、9 034、8 740、8 230,均P>0.05),其他稀土元素检出值比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。镱和钪、铥和钪及镥和钪均不具有相关性(均P>0.01),其他稀土元素两两间均呈正相关性(均P<0.01)。不同地区不同种类地产水果中稀土元素的检出值差别不大,含量都较低。宝鸡市居民地产水果稀土元素每日膳食暴露量较低。结论 2018—2019年宝鸡市地产水果中稀土元素含量较低,且对人群健康影响的风险程度较低。Objective To investigate the contents of rare earth elements(REEs) in fruits planted in Baoji City from 2018-2019,evaluate its impact on population health. Methods A total of 135 samples were purchased from large famers’ markets and supermarkets,and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Results The average REEs content in fruits planted in Baoji city was 6.77 μg/kg,and the main contamination of REEs was light rare earth element. The Mann-Whitney test revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the detection values between cerium and scandium,holmium and terbium,lutetium and thulium,praseodymium and samarium(U=8 520,9 034,8 740,8 230,all P>0.05),while the differences in the detection values of other rare earth elements were statistically significant(all P<0.05). There were no correlations between ytterbium and scandium,thulium and scandium,lutetium and scandium(all P>0.01),and other rare earth elements showed positive correlations(all P <0.01). The differences in detection values of REEs in fruits of different species and in different regions were not significant,and detection values were low. The residents’ daily dietary exposure of REEs from fruits produced in Baoji City was low. Conclusion The content of REEs in fruits planted in Baoji City is low,and the risk of health effects is low from 2018-2019.
