摘 要:通过试验与有限元分析(FEA)相结合的方法研究了蛋白粉罐托盘堆码包装单元在水平方向和竖直方向的冲击响应特征,分析了不同约束方式和冲击位置对该系统响应的影响规律。结果表明:该托盘堆码包装单元具有多个共振点,在100 Hz以内主要由前三阶共振频率控制;薄膜加4条打包带约束方式下的二阶共振频率和三阶共振频率均大于6条打包带和4条打包带的约束方式,而6条打包带的约束方式和4条打包带的约束方式前三阶共振频率相接近;有限元计算得到的共振频率和产品加速度响应曲线趋势与试验结果较吻合,且冲击力载荷与最大响应位移以及最大响应加速度呈现非线性关系。有限元法可为物流冲击环境作用下产品包装件的分析与设计提供有效指导。The impact response characteristics of the pallet stacked unit of bulk cargo under the impact direction of horizontal and vertical were studied through the combination of experiments and finite element analysis(FEA)methods.The response characteristics of the pallet stacked unit under different bundling methods and impact positions was analyzed.The results show that the pallet stacked packaging units have multiple resonance points,and the system is mainly controlled by the first three order resonance frequencies within 100 Hz;the second-order resonance frequency and the third-order resonance frequency of the film plus four straps of strapping are greater than the packing method of six straps of strapping and four straps of strapping;the packing method of the six straps of strapping and four straps of strapping are close to each other at all third-order resonance frequency.The resonance frequencies and acceleration response of products obtained with the FE method agree well with those of tests;and the impact load has a nonlinear relationship with the maximum response displacement and the maximum response acceleration.The FEA method can provide an effective instruction for analysis and design of product packaging under impact environment.
