摘 要:针对高地隙喷雾机作业时其平顺性不佳的问题,建立ADAMS软件高地隙喷雾机虚拟样机仿真模型,并基于谐波叠加原理建立适应于高地隙喷雾机田间作业工况的E等级随机路面模型。考虑液体晃动对高地隙喷雾机作业的影响,建立药箱液体受迫晃动模型,并对其随机加速度激励进行研究,结果表明液体晃动程度受侧向和纵向加速度影响较大。根据药箱液体受迫晃动模型建立高地隙喷雾机车液耦合模型,对高地隙喷雾机不同车速、不同充液率、不同悬架参数工况下的高地隙喷雾机平顺性进行研究,得出各因素对高地隙喷雾机作业平顺性的影响规律,并优化最佳悬架参数,提高了高地隙喷雾机作业平顺性。In view of the poor smoothness of a highland gap sprayer,a virtual prototype simulation model of an ADAMS software high gap sprayer was established.Based on the harmonic superposition principle,an E grade stochastic road model suitable for the field operation of high altitude gap sprayer was established.Considering the effect of liquid sloshing on the operation of the highland gap sprayer,the forced oscillation model of liquid in a medicine box was established,and its random acceleration excitation was studied.The results show that the degree of liquid sloshing is greatly influenced by lateral and longitudinal acceleration.According to the forced sloshing model of the liquid in the medicine box,a highland gap atomizing locomotive fluid coupling model was established,and the ride comfort of the highland gap sprayer under different speeds,different liquid filling rates,and different suspension parameters was studied.The influence rule of various factors on the smoothness of the highland gap sprayer was obtained,and the optimal suspension parameters were optimized to improve the operation of the highland gap sprayer.
