摘 要:活体光学成像由于检测灵敏度高、操作简单、高性价比、无辐射,允许对活体实验动物体内的生物过程进行动态、无创分析等优点,广泛应用于肿瘤学、新药研发及干细胞研究等领域,是现代生物学、医学和药学研究非常重要的平台。近年来,生物光学标记和基因工程的快速发展,预示着动物活体光学成像将进入一个更深入和更灵敏的分子成像新时代。本文综述了动物活体光学成像中生物发光成像和荧光成像的发展状况,为两者的应用提供参考和依据。As in vivo optical imaging has the advantages of high detection sensitivity,simple operation,high cost performance,no radiation,and allows dynamic and non-invasive analysis of biological processes in living experimental animals,it becomes a very important platform for modern biology,medicine and pharmacy research,which is widely used in oncology,new drug research and development,and stem cell research.In recent years,the rapid development of bio-optical marker and genetic engineering indicates that the optical imaging of animals in vivo will enter a new era of deeper and more sensitive molecular imaging.This article reviews the development status of bioluminescence imaging and fluorescence imaging of animal in vivo optical imaging,and provides reference and basis for the application of both.
