摘  要:采用快速溶剂萃取法提取唐古特白刺果实多糖,运用单因素试验及响应面法优化提取工艺;测定多糖对DPPH·和·OH清除力、半抑制浓度及还原力,分析多糖的抗氧化活性.结果表明,温度102℃、时间10 min、压力10 MPa、循环提取2次为优化提取工艺,多糖对DPPH·和·OH的清除力强,半抑制浓度IC50分别为0.08854 mg·mL^(-1)、2.5492 mg·mL^(-1),有较好的还原力和抗氧化活性,可作为一种潜在的抗氧化剂运用于食品、保健品等行业.Rapid solvent extraction method was used to extract polysaccharide from Nitraria Tangutorum Bobr.fruit.The extraction process was optimized by single factor test and response surface methodology.The DPPH·and·OH scavenging capacity,half inhibitory concentration and reducing power of polysaccharide were determined,and the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide was analyzed.The results showed that the polysaccharide had strong scavenging ability on DPPH·and·OH under the optimal extraction conditions:102℃,10 min,10 MPa and 2 times of cyclic extraction.The half inhibitory concentration IC50 were 0.08854 mg·mL^(-1) and 2.5492 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.The results showed that the polysaccharides had good reducing power and antioxidant activity.It can be used as a potential antioxidant in food,health products and other industries.
