摘　　要：大学生对于社会主义核心价值观的理解、认同、践行,关乎自己和民族的未来。促进大学生认同和培育社会主义核心价值观是整个社会共同的价值追求,需各个方面协同发展,而高校教师在此方面的引导作用存在诸多不足。因此,需要以高校教师引导作用为切入点,通过提高高校教师自身政治素养、探究课程思政有效课堂、加强教师“意见领袖”作用、协同学生示范作用、关注学生网络动态,更好地发挥教师引导作用。College students’understanding,identification and practice of socialist core values are related to the future of themselves and the nation.To promote college students’identification and cultivation of socialist core values is the common value pursuit of the whole society,which needs the coordinated development of all aspects.However,there are many deficiencies in the guiding role of college teachers in this respect.Therefore,it is necessary to take the guiding role of university teachers as the entry point,teachers’guiding role can be better played by improving their own political quality,exploring the effective classroom of curriculum ideology and politics,strengthening teachers’role as"opinion leaders",coordinating students’exemplary role and paying attention to students’network dynamics.
