供应链管理思想下的房地产开发管理研究

摘　　要：文章主要探究供应链管理思想下房地产开发管理措施。研究过程中发现,以房地产开发供应链管理可行性为切入点,分析通过供应链管理,能够促进房地产企业改革,转变传统管理模式,实现横向一体化管理,且信息技术发展也为该管理理念的应用提供支持。本文以此为研究基础,提出供应链管理思想应用对策,以期为相关工作者提供有益借鉴。This article mainly explores the real estate development management measures under the supply chain management thought.During the research process,we discover that,taking the feasibility of real estate development supply chain management as the starting point,analysis of supply chain management can promote the reform of real estate enterprises,transform the traditional management mode,and realize horizontal integrated management,in addition,the development of information technology provides support for the application of this management concept.Based on this,this article proposes the countermeasures for the application of supply chain management thought,in order to provide useful reference for relevant workers.
