案例教学模式和数字化技术联合培训模式在口腔颌面外科专科医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：口腔颌面外科专科医师规范化培训,旨在培养具有良好的职业道德、扎实的口腔颌面外科理论知识和临床技能、缜密的临床思维、能独立规范地承担口腔颌面外科常见多发疾病和疑难重症诊疗工作的高素质口腔颌面外科专科医生。基于口腔颌面外科学专科医师规范化培训细则对专科技能培训提出的具体要求,特别是完成专科病例操作的要求,四川大学华西口腔医院在专科医师规范化培训的实践过程中,逐渐形成了案例教学模式(case based learning,CBL)和数字化技术相结合的培训模式。在CBL教学理念的指导下,选择典型案例,采用全数字化流程进行操作和培训,取得了较好的学习效果,文章对此做一介绍。Oral and maxillofacial surgery specialist training aims to cultivate specialists in oral and maxillofacial surgery with good professional ethics,solid oral and maxillofacial surgery theoretical knowledge and clinical skills and meticulous clinical thinking,who are able to independently and standardly perform the diagnosis and treatment of common multiple diseases and difficult and critical illnesses in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Based on the specific requirements of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialty training rules for specialized technical skills training,especially the requirements for completing specialized case operations,the West China Hospital Stomatology of Sichuan University has gradually formed a training system combining case based learning(CBL)with digital technology. Under the guidance of CBL′s teaching philosophy,typical cases are selected and all-digital processes are adopted for operation and training,which has achieved good learning results. This article will introduce this training mode.
