摘　　要：人才培养是高等学校的首要职能。面对国家战略、区域经济社会发展需要,地方综合大学要以立德树人为根本,以培养应用型、复合型、创新型一流人才为目标,搭建培养一流人才的学科专业平台,创新多样化培养一流人才的新模式,完善以"四新"建设、专业认证为内在要求的课程体系,推进以学生为中心的教育教学综合改革,切实加强课内外、校内外紧密结合的实践创新平台建设,创建有特色、高水平的一流地方综合大学。Personnel training is the primary function of colleges and universities. In the face of the needs of national strategy and regional economic and social development, local comprehensive universities should take moral education as the foundation, cultivate applied, compound and innovative first-class talents as the goal, build a disciplinary and professional platform for cultivating first-class talents, innovate and diversify the new mode of cultivating first-class talents, and improve the curriculum system with the internal requirements of "four new" construction and professional certification, we should promote the comprehensive reform of education and teaching with students as the center,strengthen the construction of practice and innovation platform closely combining in and out of class and on campus,and create a first-class local comprehensive university with characteristics and high level.
