我国高校学生转专业政策的文本研究

摘　　要：从转专业政策的文本结构及文本内容两方面对国内的几所高校的转专业政策通知进行了分析,文本内容从转专业政策的时间、对象等5个方面进行了阐述。研究表明,转专业政策文本的结构和主体内容在不同的高校表现出了相似性,在时间安排上体现了"相对固定"的特点,在对象范围上表现出"局部限制"的特点,在人数控制上的筛选特征通过设置转出与转入标准以及进行转专业考核来体现。通过以上分析发现当前我国高校本科生的转专业政策主要存在以下问题:过于集中的转专业时间、过多的资格限制、单一的转专业考核制度、自主性缺乏的专业设置机制。This paper analyzes the notice of the policy of professional transfer from the text structure and the content of the policy. The text content is elaborated from five aspects: the time and object of the policy. The research shows that the structure and main content of the policy text of professional transfer show similarities in different universities, and the characteristics of "relative fixed" in time arrangement, and "local limitation" in the scope of objects. The screening features in the number control are reflected by setting transfer out and transfer in standards and professional transfer assessment. Through the above analysis, we find that the current policy of college undergraduate professional transfer mainly has the following problems: too concentrated professional transfer time, too much qualification restrictions,single professional transfer assessment system, lack of autonomy of professional setting mechanism.
