摘　　要：为实现对医院科研教学工作全面信息化管理,我们基于浏览器和服务器架构模式(B/S架构)和关系型数据库,采用Rails为技术框架,以面向对象开发的方式,研究开发出适合地市级综合性医院科研教学管理理念和管理流程的医院科研教学管理系统,该管理系统的应用可提高医院科研教学管理工作水平和效率,实现对人员、项目、经费、成果等的全方位管理。In order to realize the comprehensive information management on hospital scientific research and education,based on the browser and server architecture mode(B/S architecture)and relational database,using Rails as the technical framework and object-oriented development,we have developed a hospital scientific research and teaching management system suitable for the scientific research and teaching management concept and management process of prefecture and municipal general hospitals.The application of the management system can improve the level and efficiency of hospital scientific research and education management,and realize the all-round management on personnel,projects,funds,and achievements.
