摘　　要：养育倦怠是父母长期置身于养育压力下所形成的由与父母角色相关的极度耗竭感、与子女的情感疏远感、父母角色的无效能感等组成的三维独特综合征。与普通儿童父母相比,特殊儿童父母养育倦怠水平较高,养育倦怠降低了特殊儿童父母的生活质量和生活满意度,进而影响其身心健康及养育质量。针对特殊儿童父母的养育倦怠,文章从社会支持、心理咨询、精准服务和积极情绪培养四个维度梳理了相关干预研究,建议要从加强对特殊儿童父母养育倦怠的本土化研究以及构建特殊儿童父母养育倦怠的多维支持体系等方面重视特殊儿童父母的养育倦怠问题。Parental burnout is a unique syndrome,which is different from parental stress,job burnout and depressive symptoms.Compared with parents of normal children,parents of children with special needs have a higher level of parental burnout.The parental burnout of parents of children with special needs is a result of multiple factors,which reduces the life quality and life satisfaction of parents of children with special needs,and then affects their physical and mental health and rearing quality.In view of the parental burnout of parents of children with special needs,research on intervention was analyzed in four dimensions:social support,psychological counseling,accurate service and positive emotion cultivation.Implications for research on parental burnout of parents of children with special needs in China were discussed.
