地夸磷索钠滴眼液在肉毒杆菌毒素B诱导的干眼模型中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液在干眼治疗中的效果。方法选取40只小鼠制作干眼模型,分别用生理盐水,0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液,3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液以及玻璃酸钠联合地夸磷索钠进行治疗,并进行泪液分泌量、角膜荧光素染色评分以及眼表炎症因子表达水平的检测。结果单独使用地夸磷索钠和玻璃酸钠滴眼液,均可改善泪液分泌、降低角膜荧光素染色评分、减轻眼表炎症因子的表达(P均<0.05),二者联合使用效果较单独使用时增强(P均<0.05)。结论单独地夸磷索钠和玻璃酸钠滴眼液均能对干眼小鼠起一定的治疗作用,二者联合使用以后疗效加强。Objective To explore the application of 3%Diquafosol sodium eye drops(3%DQS)in dry eye treatment.Methods 40mice were randomized into 4 groups.Each group received treatment with saline,0.3%HA,3%DQS or 0.3%HA+3%DQS.Tear production,corneal fluorescein staining scores and the expression of ocular surface inflammation factors were evaluated before and after treatment.Results Both 3%DQS and 0.3%HA can improve the tear secretion,reduce corneal fluorescein staining scores and reduce the expression of ocular surface inflammation factors(P<0.05).The combination of 0.3%HA and 3%DQS showed a better effect than they are used alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Both 3%DQS and 0.3%HA alone can have therapeutic effect on botulinum toxin B-induced dry eye,and the combination of them can greatly enhance the therapeutic effect.
