摘  要:目的探析非接触式眼压计测量的准确性影响因素,并提出干预措施。方法回顾性分析我院眼科收治的480例(960眼)青光眼患者(均为2020年1月至12月期间)临床资料,所有患者均应用非接触式眼压计测量眼压,记录所有患者中测量结果不准确患者的例数,对其测量结果不准确的影响因素进行分析。结果年龄、眼压、左右眼眼压、角膜中央厚度(CCT)与散光度是影响非接触式眼压计测量准确性的独立因素;多元Logistic回归分析处理结果显示:年龄、CCT与散光度均是影响非接触式眼压计测量结果准确性的因素。结论年龄、CCT与散光度均是影响非接触式眼压计测量结果准确性的主要因素,护理人员在测量时需要做好干预工作,以促进患者眼压测量结果准确性的提升。Objective To explore the influencing factors of the accuracy of non-contact tonometer measurement,and to provide the intervention measures.Methods Retrospective analysis of 480 cases admitted in ophthalmology(960 eyes)of glaucoma patients(from Jan.to Dec.2020)during the period of clinical data,all patients were used non-contact tonometer intraocular pressure measurement,record all of the patients in the inaccurate measurement results in patients with the number of cases,the influence factors of the measurement results are inaccurate analysis.Results Age,intraocular pressure,intraocular pressure of left and right eyes,central corneal thickness(CCT)and dispersion were the independent factors affecting the accuracy of measurement of non-contact tonometer.The results of multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that age,CCT and dispersive luminosity were all factors affecting the accuracy of measurement results of non-contact tonometer.Conclusion Age,CCT and dispersion luminosity are the main factors affecting the accuracy of measurement results of non-contact tonometer.Nursing staff need to do a good job of intervention during measurement to promote the accuracy of measurement results.
