首诊于眼科的Susac综合征1例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：Susac综合征(Susac syndrome)是临床极其罕见的一种自身免疫性微血管病变,目前认为是由于免疫功能异常引起微血管病变导致小动脉阻塞,病位主要在脑、视网膜、前庭耳蜗,临床表现以急性脑病、视网膜小分支动脉阻塞、听力受损为典型的三联征。由于该病极为罕见,且首发症状不典型,故临床诊断困难,基于此,本文分享一例首发症状为视力下降而就诊于眼科的Susac综合征患者的诊疗经过,以期提高眼科医师对该病的认识。Being a rare vascular disease,Susac syndrome is considered to be an uncommon autoimmune microangiopathy.It is believed that the syndrome affects the microvasculature of the brain,retina,and inner ear.Clinically,the syndrome manifests as a pathognomonic triad of encephalopathy,hearing loss,and branch retinal artery occlusions.Because the disease is extremely rare and the initial symptoms are not typical,it is difficult to make clinical diagnosis.Based on this,this paper shares the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with Susac syndrome whose first symptom is vision loss,in order to improve ophthalmologists'understanding of the disease.
