足跟压力性丘疹

摘　　要：报告足跟压力性丘疹1例。患者女,39岁,双足跟部多发丘疹1年余,无明显自觉症状。皮肤科检查:双足跟可见数个淡红色半球形丘疹,约黄豆至蚕豆大,触之柔软,有弹性。皮损组织病理检查:表皮大致正常,真皮见较多增生的血管,脂肪团块上移至真皮中下部,皮下脂肪间隔内见团块状增生粗大的胶原,其内见可疑嗜碱性物质沉积,周围部分胶原纤维素样变性。诊断:足跟压力性丘疹。A case of piezogenic pedal papules is reported.A 39-year-old female patient presented with multiple masses on both heels for more than one year,without obvious symptoms.Physical examination revealed several reddish hemispherical ridges on both heels,ranging in size from soybean to broad bean,soft and elastic when touched.Histopathological examination showed that generally normal epidermis,hyperplasia of blood vessels in the dermis,and the cellulite moving up to the middle and lower part of the dermis.There was massive collagen mass hyperplasia in the subcutaneous fat septum,in which suspected basophilic material deposition was seen,and some collagen fibrinoid degeneration was seen around.Combining the characteristics of the rash and the results of imaging and histopathological examination,the diagnosis of piezogenic pedal papules was made.
